Is Rye Sourdough Gluten Free. Because rye flour has little to no gluten content, it’s difficult to make a loaf of 100% rye bread. The texture of this dough will be much stickier than normal bread dough, so don’t freak out.
Gluten free sourdough with oil brushed on before baking (no extra gfjules flour dusted on top). 1 medium size & 1 small size sterilised glass jar (plastic containers are fine too) ½ cup firm levain (gf sourdough starter) 1 1/2 cups water.
